At G.E.M osteopathy we aim to provide individually tailored treatment plans, taking a patient-centered approach.
Gemma Extence (M.Ost)
Gemma is a fully qualified Osteopath and sports massage therapist, having graduated from the London School of Osteopathy with a Masters in Osteopathy. Gemma previously has had experience working within the exercise environment, holding a diploma in personal training and GP referral exercise prescription, which enables her to provide tailored treatment plans incorporating exercises.
Registered with the General Osteopathic Council, Gemma offers both Osteopathy and sports massage therapy treatments.
After qualifying from the London School of sports massage in 2014 she began working with professional sports teams including England rugby, The All Blacks and international NFL teams; as well as with corporate clients and semi professional boxing clubs. As a result, Gemma has developed a broad, and deep level of experience and understanding of remedial sports therapies and varying patients' needs.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions we are operating under the current government guidance.
For patients, this means;
- Wearing a mask to treatments and washing hands upon arrival.
- We ask that each patient arrive only at the time of their appointment, and not earlier- to avoid cross- contamination.
- We will call and triage each patient before their appointment.
We apologise for the inconvenience and hope you understand the necessary means.
- We ask if you would like a towel, to please bring your own from home, or dress in comfortable clothing for treatment.
For practitioners;
- We will be wearing PPE during treatments.
